The Pilates Method is a gentle exercise technique that helps the body’s muscles to work more efficiently, in order to promote structural alignment, strength and flexibility. It is suitable for everybody and for different purposes ranging from improving sport performance to injury rehabilitation or simply to improve suppleness and wellbeing.

Alicia Cabrera Born and raised in sunny Mexico City, Alicia left her hometown 15 years ago to follow the love of her life. She has lived in Madrid, New York and London. She traded a career in financial services for motherhood and Pilates. No looking back! She trained with Body Control more than two years ago and has since deepened her knowledge of the human body, the most perfect machine ever created! She is a daughter, sister, wife, mum and friend who is passionate about healthy eating, cooking and wellbeing. And now, let’s get fit!
