Softening into Womanhood
Do you recognise the trait within yourself and/or in other women of the ‘inner masculine’ taking over sometimes? Often we find ourselves competing with the women around us rather than leaning into the safety, support and richness that is available when we connect to each other with vulnerability and openness. In the Western world we’ve lived in a patriarchal society for a very long time. Let’s help restore the balance by connecting deeper with the feminine inside of us, so we can beam that expansive strength and grace into the world!
WHO IS IT FOR?
This event is for you if you would like the opportunity to both listen to and be heard by other women, and to experience the benefits that comes from working in an intimate group context. The circle is an antidote to modern lifestyles where we have become increasingly isolated, addicted to technology, and disconnected from our body, sense of self and each other. Meeting in this sacred way can restore clarity, social intimacy and improve one’s sense of wellbeing, as well as help alleviate anxiety and stress.
WHAT TO EXPECT
* Sacred rituals
* Clearing your aura – using sage, sound, movement and meditation.
* Chanting and Mantra – Helping you clear your throat chakra, fine tuning your voice and vibration.
* Exercises helping you connect more with yourself and others.
* Dancing to connect with yourself and the feminine. Release and receive.
* Sound healing/Heart Gong Bath – A journey taking you deeper within to find answers, peace and space.
* Sharing Circle – An opportunity to share your story. Letting yourself be seen, heard and held. Giving and receiving support in a safe, non-judgmental space. Here you may be yourself and honoured for it.
~ A circle of women ~ is an opportunity to be loved and held in a way that only women can provide.
There is something magical about a circle. Geometrically it encompasses more space than any other shape. Within it, one sets out on a journey and returns having never left her seat. Whenever we engage in an act of ritual that has been shared throughout time, we are the beneficiary of all the goodness that has come from it. The circle, in and of itself, is imbued with lifetimes of profound wisdom.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
Bring comfortable clothing and an extra cardigan just in case. Water and herbal tea will be provided.

Maria brings transmissions, wisdom and stories from both East & West. She was born in South Korea, adopted to Sweden at 18 months old and has been living in London for 14 years. Her life journey is about unity.
Last year she started the Empowering Women’s Circles. A space for women to feel heard, held and supported, going through transformation together.
She then took a break from running circles to reconnect with her Korean roots and heritage and focus on her own healing journey. During this time she also worked with shamans, completed her Gong Practitioner training and trained as a Family Constellations facilitator.
Healing ourselves is an ongoing process that she feels very passionate about: She trained as a Masseuse 8 years ago and since then has trained in Angelic Reiki, Life Coaching, EFT & Matrix Re-imprinting, Theta Healing, Sound Healing and Family Constellations.
Maria has been part of many different circles led by healers and shamans. The powerful feeling of being connected and having a sense of belonging, had a big impact on her and inspired to facilitate this for others too.
