The Feldenkrais Method stimulates our natural ability to learn better ways of moving, releasing chronic muscular tensions that are a major cause of pain and poor posture, and changing the unhealthy movement habits that perpetuate these problems. A group class is an effective way to experience these benefits, including greater flexibility, grace and agility, fuller breathing, relief from pain, better balance and coordination, improved performance in sport, dance, music and drama, and renewed youth. Improvements are usually noticeable straight away.
