Healthy treats on offer at our Open Day on Saturday!

Below are the delicious, mouth-watering treats that will be on offer, courtesy of lovely local foodie, Jessie Badal, at our Open Day next Saturday 11th October..

 

Hot dish:
Chilean squash and bean stew (Ve)

Cold, savoury:
Mediterranean vegetable tart (V)
Root vegetable frittata (V)
Courgette and pepper quinoa salad, with basil oil (Ve)
Winter slaw (Ve)
Hummus pots with crudites or sourdough (Ve)

Sweet:
Quinoa and cacao crispies (sugar, dairy, wheat free)
Blueberry, banana and raisin muffins (sugar, dairy, wheat free)
Apple, pear and raisin cake (sugar, dairy, wheat free)
Polenta, almond and lemon cake
