Mindfulness- based approaches to stress relief have helped millions of people overcome the effects of stress and anxiety and find peace of mind in a busy world.
On this 16 hour course you will learn simple skills to manage stress and develop greater inner calm and stability. There will be lots of space for discussion and personal exploration.

Jonathan Clark has been teaching meditation, mindfulness and MSBR courses in London for nearly 20 years. His gentle and down to earth style of teaching alongside his broad knowledge and mature understanding makes him a very popular teacher. He is also director of the Brixton Buddhist Centre.
