Brand new dynamic yoga classes starting on Tuesday mornings 9.45-10.30am and Wednesdays 12.30-1.15pm.
These classes combine traditional poses from Ashtanga yoga with more contemporary elements from Forrest and power yoga. Students flow from one posture to the next in rhythm with the breath and each class is slightly different.
