About Clinical Hypnosis
Clinical Hypnosis is a safe and entirely natural integrative therapy. It initiates a welcoming, listening and learning process begun and overseen by you.
Put simply, it opens a channel to your unconscious mind, allowing you to perceive more clearly (and adopt more readily), ways of being and acting that are healthy and long-term beneficial.
Because hypnosis moves effortlessly between the physical realm and that of the mind, it can effectively treat unwanted psychological and physical problems. You remain in complete control of the process throughout, as all effective hypnosis is self-hypnosis.
It can help with the following:
Weight control issues
Stress and anxiety
Smoking, compulsive behaviours and addiction
Performance anxiety, (exam nerves, sports performance, etc.)
Irritable Bowel Syndrome, (IBS)
Chronic or non-specific pain or discomfort, including surgery related pain, (under medical supervision)
Visiting the Dentist
Some allergies and skin conditions
Living with cancer, mentally and physically, (help with adjusting to chemotherapy etc.)
