As well as the free classes and talks, there will also be low cost Seated Massage, Amatsu, Craniosacral therapy and Energy healing tasters being offered throughout most of the day. Shiatsu tasters are also available between 10.30am and 2pm and Reflexology tasters between 1pm and 4pm. Come along and treat yourself!
