Words for wellbeing workshops
Curious about how creative writing can improve your wellbeing? Want to become more confident, gain fresh perspective or develop self-awareness? Experience different writing and other fun, releasing, relaxing, meditative and expressive activities to stimulate creativity and encourage group cohesiveness.
Using a combination of short writing exercises with breathing spaces and written, visual and tactile resources, explore different themes as a means to improve wellbeing and self awareness. Express yourself and make discoveries through voicing your words in a supportive setting with no critique. No writing experience needed – just a willingness to join in and give it a go.

Narayani L Guibarra has long held an interest in writing for wellbeing and is a trained yoga teacher, sound healer, laughter facilitator and cognitive hypnotherapist & NLP practitioner. She has facilitated classes, workshops, retreats and holidays in yoga and sound for many years and now utilises this experience to help participants access their creative voice for self-discovery.
